Princess cupcakes!

I was so exited to be hired to make a princess cake!
If you want to make this delicious cake here is the recipe,
you will need...
1 plain white cake mix,
1  (3 oz) strawberry gelatin,
1 cup of mashed up fresh strawberries,
1 cup vegetable oil,
1/2 cup of whole milk,&
4 large eggs.

for the buttercream frosting I added
1 cup of vegetable Crisco,
1/4 cup milk (add slowly),
1 or 2 cups powdered sugar (depends on the thickness you want your frosting to be),
and a dash of vanilla.

Step 1.
set your oven to 350 degrees

Step 2.
pour you white cake mix, strawberry gelatin,
mashed strawberries,
oil,
milk,&
eggs.
Blend with electric mixer for 1 minute and then go up to a higher speed for 2 minutes.

Step 3.
place cup cake rappers in a cupcake pan.
the when you are done place the batter in the cupcake rappers about 2/3 filled.

Step 4.
Place the cupcakes in the oven for 28 to 30 minutes.

Step 5.
While they are baking make you buttercream frosting. ( tip: add food coloring and it doesn't have to be pink!)

Step 6.
Once you frosting is all mixed place a piping bag in a tall glass with a number 2 tip.
With a spatula place the frosting in the piping bag.

Step 7.
Your cupcakes are done! place them in the freezer for 5 minutes so the frosting will not melt!

Step 8.
Decorate your cupcakes how ever you want to!

Step 9.

Enjoy them!

I hope you liked my recipe,
this would be a great snack for your kids after school!

So fun

Hey guys what is up? So today I decided to make a new recipe. Brooke helped, of course.  The recipe said ''it will make up to 12 cupcakes'' but no we ended up with 48 CUPCAKES!!! So, we decided to pass them out to the neighbors. I told them they were FREE but they said ''Here. Just wait. I will give you some money.'' That was really nice of them to do that. Here is a picture of my friends, sisters and me delivering cupcakes. Malia, Nadia, Brooke, Clara, and me!

I encourage you to pick a day this week to invite some friends over to bake somethings
Comment if you got encouraged and tell me all that you made!!
Love Ya,
